Where Science Meets Soul

Mushrooms

We offer a six-week guided group experience that weaves together a two-night in-person retreat with a virtual program focused on education, preparation, and integration. Throughout the journey, participants are supported in a safe, welcoming environment that nurtures both body and spirit. The retreat is held at a serene Vancouver Island Retreat Centre, a private and expansive property embraced by lush forest, manicured gardens, and sweeping ocean views. Guests enjoy beautifully appointed rooms, nourishing  meals, and mindful, alcohol-free gatherings designed to restore balance and support deep inner reflection. Each element of the retreat is thoughtfully crafted to help you feel grounded, connected, and ready to receive the full benefits of this expansive experience.

Why it Helps?

Releases Old Patterns
The medicine experience can gently loosen the hold of rigid or self-limiting thought loops, creating space for new awareness, emotional freedom, and the formation of healthy new neural pathways. Through guided reflection and integration, participants learn to translate these insights into meaningful, lasting change.

Deepens Connection
Healing in community offers a powerful sense of belonging and shared humanity. In a professionally guided setting, group members engage in coregulation—a natural process where the presence of others fosters calm, safety, and trust. This relational support allows the nervous system to settle, opening the heart to vulnerability, empathy, and genuine connection.

Invites New Perspective
The experience allows you to step outside familiar stories and view your life through a renewed, compassionate lens. Many participants discover profound clarity, emotional release, and inner peace. When these insights are shared and integrated within the group, they become even more powerful—transforming personal awareness into lasting psychological and relational growth.
