About Me
I am a registered clinical counsellor with a Bachelor of Human Movement Studies, a Graduate Diploma in Education majoring in Health and Personal Development, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Master of Education in Positive Psychology, and a TheraPsil affiliate.
I provide counselling, psychotherapy, and psychoeducation for individuals, couples, and families. I am driven by a deep dedication to helping people enhance their relationships with themselves and others, ultimately contributing to a better world.
My Mission
My mission is to empower clients to flourish by harnessing their innate strengths and fostering growth on the path of courage, clarity, and connection toward their True North. Symbolically, this is the direction towards insight, perspective, and wisdom in the complexity of our lives.
Through compassionate and evidence-based psychotherapy, I aim to guide you toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment.
I will teach you how to harness the power of shifting perspective to maximize the potential for happiness in our everyday lives. This can be achieved by cultivating optimal emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and achievements.
Focusing on tangible interventions and principles, I strive to create a supportive environment where clients can uncover their potential, overcome challenges, and lead more meaningful lives. My commitment is to facilitate personal expansion, promote well-being, and inspire lasting positive change.
"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be."

My Approach
I integrate various therapeutic modalities into my practice, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), narrative therapy, attachment theory and systemic approaches. By utilizing these methods, I implement strategies and interventions to foster a comprehensive understanding of the intricate interplay between an individual's mind, body, personality, and relational dynamics.
I encourage my clients to explore their strengths, shift perspectives, and actively participate in goal-setting for tangible and sustainable growth.

Therapeutic Modalities
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a form of psychotherapy based on the idea that the way someone thinks and feels affects the way they behave...
This form of therapy concentrates on finding solutions in the present and exploring one’s hope for the future in order to find a quick and pragmatic resolution of one’s problems...
This is a proactive therapeutic method rooted in traditional behavior therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. It helps individuals confront, acknowledge, and embrace their inner emotions rather than avoiding/battling them. The approach teaches clients to see these emotions as natural responses to situations, rather than barriers to progress. This understanding encourages them to accept challenges and take constructive actions to improve their lives, regardless of their emotional state or circumstances...
A powerful, highly effective form of therapy, which is just as effective against depression as traditional psychotherapy or medication. Ecotherapy is quite simply contact with nature...
Embark on a journey of profound healing and growth with Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy. Our sessions provide a secure and compassionate setting for those seeking clarity, restoration, and insight through psilocybin’s therapeutic benefits, approached from a harm reduction model.
Led by experienced practitioners, we create customized plans tailored to your individual needs and aspirations. Whether you're seeking support for trauma recovery, emotional resilience, or spiritual exploration, our collaborative team of professionals is dedicated to guiding you every step of the way.
This innovative method of mental health care uses psilocybin to promote deep introspection and self-awareness. Through these guided experiences, you can access unexamined parts of your mind, release emotional challenges, and gain valuable perspectives on your inner world...
Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) is a therapeutic method designed to assist individuals dealing with shame and self-criticism, often stemming from past experiences of abuse or neglect. CFT helps clients develop self-compassion and compassion for others, which can improve emotional regulation and foster a sense of safety, self-acceptance, and comfort. This approach shares similarities with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, as it also educates clients on the science of the mind-body connection and encourages practices that enhance awareness of both the mind and body...
Gestalt therapy is a humanistic psychotherapy approach that emphasizes present-moment awareness to help clients understand their current experiences and emotions, rather than interpreting them through past assumptions. Often involving experiential activities like role-playing, re-enactment, or creative exercises, it encourages self-awareness and helps identify and change negative patterns that hinder personal growth and happiness...
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a psychotherapy approach that recognizes and addresses the multiple sub-personalities or "families" within a person's mental system. These sub-personalities include wounded parts and painful emotions like anger and shame, as well as parts that attempt to control and protect the person from the pain of these wounds. These parts often conflict with each other and with the individual's core Self, which represents the confident, compassionate, and whole person at the heart of each individual. IFS aims to heal the wounded parts and restore mental balance and harmony by transforming the dynamics that create disharmony between the sub-personalities and the Self...
