Session One:

Session Two:
Mental Toughness and Competition Mindset

Explore the key principles of mental toughness and how to cultivate the mindset needed for intense competition. We'll discuss the importance of resilience, grit, and determination in the face of obstacles and how to develop a competition-day routine to set yourself up for success.

Session Three:
Refocusing Techniques and Self-Talk

In this session, we’ll work on effective refocusing techniques to maintain focus under pressure. You’ll learn how to use positive self-talk to keep your mindset in check, overcome distractions, and strengthen mental clarity during high-stakes moments.

Session Four:
 The Power of Mental Imagery and Performance Breathwork

Discover the transformative power of mental imagery to visualize success and enhance performance. You’ll also explore performance breathwork to manage anxiety, calm nerves, and optimize energy levels during competition or practice. Learn how to get into ‘flow state’, where athletes experience complete immersion and focus in their performance, leading to peak performance and heightened enjoyment.

Session Five:
Thriving Under Pressure and Managing Stress

Learn to identify and manage pressure both on and off the field. We’ll discuss the impact of pressure, the sources that trigger it, and how to build your ability to stay composed, focused, and confident when the stakes are high.

Session Six:
Overcoming Setbacks: From Injury to Comeback

This session will focus on how to overcome setbacks, such as injury or failure, and develop the mental resilience needed to make a strong comeback. You’ll learn strategies for bouncing back from challenges, setting new goals, and staying motivated throughout the recovery process.

Session Seven:
Goal Setting and Building a Champion’s Lifestyle

Setting clear, actionable goals is key to success. This session will teach you how to set realistic, long-term goals while also integrating a champion’s lifestyle that promotes habits for peak performance. Learn how to balance work, rest, and recovery to maintain consistent progress.

Session Eight:
Mental Health, Self-Care, and Composure

End the program by focusing on mental health and self-care. Learn the importance of maintaining balance, managing stress, and creating a personalized mental health plan. This session will provide strategies to ensure emotional well-being while maintaining composure during competitions and daily life.
